How can I improve my course to ensure that more students are completing it and getting good results?

One of the best ways to find out how to make your course better is actually to validate your course idea but with a twist! You're going to do your validation exercises with your existing students, especially those that did not finish; but it will also be helpful to validate with those that did finish to see how they did so. In other words, you’re going to send out a survey to gather feedback from your existing students. Tweak the questions a bit so you can explore how their experience of going through your content.

For example: Did they get to the finish line? If not, where did they get stuck? What got in the way? What would help them get to the finish line faster? What did they find most valuable? What did they find most confusing? What did they feel was missing? What was overwhelming?
