How do you separate yourself from your student’s outcomes and not get emotionally involved in their success?

I make sure that I do my part and authentically show up each week because I'm not okay with creating a program and then leaving as soon as you give me money.

As long as I’ve created a good program and know that I'm showing up, then I’m confident that I’m providing a solid learning experience and support system and doing the right thing.

Another thing about having been in the digital course business for a while is that I've experienced success and have heard success stories from my students, so I know what’s possible. There is only so much hand-holding I can do.

You cannot do the work for your students. You can guide them and encourage them, but after that, it’s up to them.

The difference between a superstar and someone who will never see success in any program is showing up, doing the work, and not letting anything get in the way. You can’t do that for them.
