When you launch for the second time, do you do everything exactly the same?

I always strive to improve with each launch that I do. I look at the numbers from my previous launch and set goals to surpass those.

My team and I always do a debrief after each Live launch where we talk about what worked and what didn’t.

A post-launch debrief like this is incredibly important so that you can pull out lessons and insights to make your next launch better. You never want a launch to be identical to the launch before because you’re always striving to do better: be a better marketer, communicate with your potential students better, write better copy.

That doesn’t mean you need to rehaul everything. Choose a few areas and make improvements in those each time you launch.

When I relaunch, I make sure to take what we learned in our launch debrief and make any improvements that I think will make a difference, including changes to my content and flow, the offer, my sales page, emails, etc.
