How many launches do you recommend doing the first year, and should they all be with the same Workshop Course?
In your first year, I recommend launching one or two times. That is the sweet spot for learning, improving, and building momentum without feeling overwhelmed. And yes, keep all of those launches focused on the same Workshop Course.
Here is why:
- Each launch gets better. When you stick with the same course, you can refine your messaging, improve your emails and sales page, and adjust your delivery based on feedback. Every round is an opportunity to sharpen what works.
- You build confidence. Launching the same offer a second time helps you show up with more clarity and energy. You already know the content, you are more familiar with the process, and you can focus more on serving than on creating from scratch.
- You grow your audience more effectively. Repeating your launch lets you attract new people while staying consistent in your message. It helps build trust and recognition, which makes it easier for people to say yes the second or third time around.
- Success takes repetition. You do not need five offers in your first year. You need one solid course and a willingness to improve it each time you launch. Once you feel confident, have solid results, and are ready to scale, then you can introduce something new.
So instead of bouncing between offers, commit to one and get really good at launching it. That focused effort will pay off faster and set you up for a stronger, more scalable business.
