Is it better to launch your Workshop Course more than one time or to take advantage of the momentum and launch a second course?

The best strategy is to focus on one course and launch it multiple times before creating something new. I recommend launching the same Workshop Course at least two or three times. This approach has worked extremely well in my business, and many of my peers have seen similar success.

Here’s why this method works so well:

  • Each launch gets stronger. When you stick with one course, you refine your message, improve your delivery, and strengthen your marketing. You get clearer on what your audience needs, and your emails, sales page, and content become more effective with every round.
  • You build momentum and trust. With each launch, more people become aware of your offer. Some may buy the first time, others on the second or third. That consistency builds recognition, authority, and interest over time.
  • You create space for better results. Instead of rushing to create something new, you have time to collect feedback, improve your course, and make sure your students are getting great outcomes. That leads to stronger testimonials, more referrals, and a better overall experience.
  • You grow your audience. Live launching is a powerful list-building tool. If you launch the same course a few times, you grow a bigger and more engaged email list. Then, when you are ready to introduce a second course, you have a much larger pool of people who already know you and are primed to buy.

If you move to a second course too quickly, you are limiting yourself. You can only pull from the audience you built during that one launch. But if you launch your first course multiple times, you multiply your reach, sharpen your skills, and set yourself up for even bigger success with future offers.
