How do I deal with imposter syndrome when selling my Live workshop?

Imposter syndrome often shows up when we focus too much on ourselves and not enough on the people we want to help. The best way to quiet those doubts is to shift your focus to the transformation you are offering.

Here are a few ways to do that:

  • Reframe the question. Instead of asking, Who am I to teach this? ask, Who am I not to share this when I know it can help someone?
  • Look at the impact you have already made. Whether big or small, if you have helped even one person, you have something worth sharing.
  • Create a proof folder. Save screenshots of kind words, testimonials, and wins from your audience. When doubt creeps in, revisit those reminders of your impact.

Selling is not about proving that you are good enough. It is about showing how your workshop can meet a real need and make someone’s life better.
